Production facilities and workplace Production facilities
The roasting of our coffees is made through 4 different facilities, each one has a production capacity proportional to the types of processed coffees.

- the first facility, with a production capacity of 540 Kg / hour, is used for the production of our blends
- the second one, with a production capacity of 15 kg / hour, is reserved for roasting our specialty coffee plantation and the decaffeineted blend.
- the third one produces 3 kg / hour and is exploited to the best for roasting the three coffees rightly considered the best in the world: Jamaica Blue Mountain, Hawaii Captain Cook and Puerto Rico Yauco Selecto; this allows the shipment of small quantities, which enable the tasting in the most optimal conditions for freshness.
- the fourth consists of a small but perfect miniaturized roaster which we use for roasting samples of green coffee, sent us immediately after the harvesting by the coffee companies. Each of our facilities has a different production capacity but common with others for an important technical feature, to allow the coffee roasting over a low fire, with absolute respect for crafts ways of production which respect the prerogatives of each individual coffee.

Workplace
We have air-conditioned and dehumidified our storage depots to prevent that climatic changes or variations in moisture content go also if partially to alter their physical state and their performance during the roasting.
