Our history

The history of our roasting company takes shape as far back as 1902 when the first roasting shop was inaugurated in the central piazza della beata in signa. The tradition continued in the post-war period thanks to the neri family, who from generation to generation brought improvements in quality and refined coffee roasting techniques. Our coffee roasting company in Florence has grown over the years, implementing science and technology in the various production phases without ever losing sight of the company’s artisan roots.

We offer coffee lovers the opportunity to taste 10 of the best Arabica coffees from single and specific plantations in purity.

We roast these delicate coffees with the care and experience that distinguish us in two small production plants of 2 or 5 kg. Our aim is to identify the roasting curve best suited to express the best characteristics in the cup for each single origin. The fresh roasting process enhances the organoleptic characteristics of our specialty coffees, ensuring each cup is an exciting taste experience. This is why we do not accumulate stocks of our individual origins, producing daily the small quantities expressly requested by customers and guaranteeing rapid delivery to Italy within a few days from the date of production.

Our selection comprises the finest coffees from remote plantations around the globe. We import premium coffees from Brazil, Africa, Colombia, India, Jamaica, Puerto Rico and numerous other locations. Our careful selection and coffee roasting in Florence are the result of our passion for coffee and dedication to guaranteeing the quality that characterises our work.
