Based on the roasting profile used by our roasters Andrea and Fabrizio, we suggest a recipe for espresso extraction, which you can use as a starting point to emphasise the flavours of this blend. Knowing the characteristics of the water and the equipment you use, you will be able to adjust the dose of coffee and the grinding level we suggest to obtain the sensory profile you prefer.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere

Located in the renowned Yirgacheffe region, Kochere Washing Station receives carefully harvested coffees from small local growers, distinguished by its carefully curated processing methods. We love this coffee because it provides a unique sensory experience by bringing complex aromatic nuances of citrus and fresh fruit to the blend.

Guatemala Finca Isnul

Finca Isnul is located in Guatemala, in the fertile lands of Huehuetenango, a region characterised by an equatorial climate with average temperatures of around 25°C. The plantation, managed with passion and dedication by the Anzueto family, has repeatedly achieved first place in Guatemala's annual Cup of Excellence competition, the highest accolade for product quality. We are proud of this coffee, which gives the blend unmistakable notes of citrus, ripe fruit and milk chocolate.

Honduras Finca Las Delicias

Finca Las Delicias is located in the department of La Paz in Honduras, at an altitude of more than 1600 metres above sea level; the plantation, managed by Mario Mejia Martinez, has an extension of 18 hectares with about 70,000 coffee plants alternating with orange and banana trees. The cool climate and favourable climatic conditions contribute to the ripening of the beans, enriching their sweet notes. We are happy to have selected this coffee because its notes of tropical fruit, cocoa and spices make the blend sweeter, more balanced and smoother. 

India Attikan Estate

Attikan Estate is located in the southeast of India, on the mountainous slopes of Karnataka; the combination of rich soil and temperate climate make the area perfect for growing high quality coffee, enabling the production of some of the best coffee in the country. We are lucky to work with this wonderful plantation because their coffee contributes to the aromatic complexity of the blend, bringing a unique fusion of chocolatey and spicy flavours to the cup.

Santo Domingo Finca Ramirez

Founded in 1943 by Belarminio Ramírez, the plantation is located in the attractive region of La Vega and is currently managed by Julio Ramirez and his family; thanks to its environmental conservation policy and sustainable farming practices, the plantation is committed to a more respectful and responsible future. We are delighted with this coffee, which gives the blend nuances of dried fruits such as almond and hazelnut, enhancing the elegance of milk chocolate in the finish.
