THE MAIN COFFEES THAT MAKE UP THE BLEND

Brasil Fazenda Recanto

Fazenda Recanto is located in Machado, south of Minas Gerais, a region that is blessed with a mild climate, with average temperatures of around 22°C. The plantation is managed by the Magalhães Paiva family, which over the years has won numerous awards for the quality of the coffees it grows, such as recently winning the Rainforest Alliance competition. We love the Fazenda coffees because they bring unmistakable notes of dried fruit and hazelnut into the blend.

Colombia Finca Hebron

Finca Hebron is located in the Colombian region of Huila and boasts a perfect climate for coffee cultivation, with average temperatures hovering around 24°. Passionately managed by Jair Borda and his team, the plantation has won prestigious awards for the quality of its coffees, including recognition in the annual Cup of Excellence, a prestigious national competition dedicated to high quality coffees. We love the coffees from Finca Hebron because they give the blend distinctive notes of tropical fruit, hints of cocoa and a floral aftertaste.

Ethiopia Yirgacheffe Kochere

Located in the renowned Yirgacheffe region, Kochere Washing Station receives carefully harvested coffees from small local growers, distinguished by its carefully curated processing methods. We love this coffee because it provides a unique sensory experience by bringing complex aromatic nuances of citrus and fresh fruit to the blend.

India Attikan Estate

Attikan Estate is located in the southeast of India, on the mountainous slopes of Karnataka; the combination of rich soil and temperate climate make the area perfect for growing high quality coffee, enabling the production of some of the best coffee in the country. We are lucky to work with this wonderful plantation because their coffee contributes to the aromatic complexity of the blend, bringing a unique fusion of chocolatey and spicy flavours to the cup.

Santo Domingo Finca Ramirez

Founded in 1943 by Belarminio Ramírez, the plantation is located in the attractive region of La Vega and is currently managed by Julio Ramirez and his family; thanks to its environmental conservation policy and sustainable farming practices, the plantation is committed to a more respectful and responsible future. We are delighted with this coffee, which gives the blend nuances of dried fruits such as almond and hazelnut, enhancing the elegance of milk chocolate in the finish.
